that a belief is useless. At that point the old negative belief or
"pattern" literally drops away, behaviors change,
miracles seem to occur and this is because an underlying belief has
lost the power to keep ruining certain aspects of your life. Here's
an example from my life: there was a time when I was stuck
in procrastination. My performance level was low. I had this
negative feeling all the time and some resignation and frustration
went with it. I began to wonder, was I depressed or what? After
using the questions and looking at the baggage (finding limiting concepts) I
uncovered the belief "There is so much to do, I can't get it all
done" I cleared that one and the next one immediately appeared,
it was, "Nothing ever works right for me anyway, so why bother"
This one had a negative charge. So I questioned it away. After doing the process both these ideas revealed themselves as
useless and untrue. The surge of energy and positivity had me super
productive and happy the very next day. Procrastination was over,
and the value of this one release in monetary gain, energy, health,
and happiness is impossible to measure because this will be with me
forever. I received a happy positive work flow and more inspiration.
